How long will it take?
There is no general rule because a lot depends on whether you are both buying and selling a house, whether you require a mortgage and whether there is a chain involved. Between 8 and 12 weeks is a reasonable general rule.
How much will it cost?
Our charges are based on a variety of different factors including the value of the property, the type of property and generally the complexity of the matter. Once you are able to provide us with this information then we will always give you a quotation so that you will know in advance exactly how much we charge for either buying or selling your house.
